Why do I have to call you at the CDG and Orly airports?

As soon as you have collected your luggage at the CDG and Orly airports, please check the number indicated on your booking confirmation.

If your transfer is from Paris-Beauvais Airport, there is no need to call us: just visit our counter in the terminal.

It is essential that you give us a call to confirm that you are ready for your transfer (especially if luggage collection is longer than expected).Your driver will pick you up at the meeting place indicated on your booking confirmation within 15 to 20 minutes after your call.

Furthermore, if your flight is delayed, we will so be able to send you the closest of our drivers.

What is the window for my pick-up time?

Your driver will pick you up at your address within a 15 to 20 minute window.

Due to traffic conditions, we may need to readjust your pick-up time. In this case, you will be informed the day before your transfer of any changes (by phone call or sms).

Do you provide night-transfers ?

Shared ride are available between 4.00am and 12.00pm.

Exclusive service is available 24/7.

What is your policy concerning animals?

Animals are allowed on board if they are put in fitted-cages.

12€ per cage extra charge will be asked.

In shared-ride service, we do not necessarily have the available space to welcome large-sized animals. If this is the case, you can use an exclusive service.

The transfer of guide dogs is free of charge in shared ride service. Please mention it while booking.

What is the window for my pick-up time?

For shared services, our luggage policy closely follows that of the airlines.

You are allowed to bring two checked bags and one carry-on for free. Extra fees of 1.50€ per item will be applied for additional luggage.

If you are using the exclusive service, the vehicle is at your entire disposal, which means that you can bring as many pieces of luggage as you want. The only limit is the available space in the vehicle!

Is SuperShuttle fitted for disabled passengers?

Our fleet has well-equipped vans to welcome passengers in wheelchairs.

In this case, please book your transfer at least 48 hours in advance.

The transfer of service dogs is free of charge in shared ride service. Please mention it while booking.

I didn't get any confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check the spelling of the mail address you give for booking process. The problem can also come from your anti-spam filter. In that case, check to see if the e-mail is in the "SPAM" file of your computer. If you still didn't get your confirmation, please contact us .

Which airports are you serving? What about stations?

We are serving all of the three Parisian airports (Charles-de-Gaulle/CDG, Paris-Orly/ORY, Paris-Beauvais-BVA) in both shared-ride and exclusive services.

SuperShuttle also serves stations:

  • Transfers station-airport : both shared-ride and exclusive service
  • Transfers stations-Paris and surrounding departments : exclusive service

How can I change or cancel my booking?

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, SuperShuttle has a very simple modification policy:


  • Up to 24 hours, you can modify your booking for free by email
  • Within 24 hours, modifications are subjected to the availability of our vehicles. Please contact our call center: +33 0(1) 43 65 55 55 (9.00 am to 7.00 pm, local time in Paris)

In case of cancellation, we are happy to refund you:


  • Up to 48 hours before the transfer time: 100% refund
  • From 48 hours to 24 hours: 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours: no refund

3% booking fees will be held whatever the cancellation time.

When should I book my transfer?

We ask you to book at least 24 hours in advance, which gives us enough time to plan for your trip.

However, we will do our best to provide you a shuttle even for the last-minute reservations. Please contact us at +33 0(1) 43 65 55 55 (9.00 am to 7.00 pm, local time in Paris) or visit our SuperShuttle counter at the Paris-Beauvais Airport as soon as you have collected your luggage.

We recommend you to book a rountrip: you'll be insured of the availability for your departure day.

Do you provide child restraint seats?

We at SuperShuttle support the strongest safety standards by recommending that small children under 36kg be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. We are thus providing free child restraint and booster seats on demand. Please mention it while booking.

How can I book my transfer?

You can book online up to 24 hours before the transfer time.

Within 24 hours, call our booking call centre at +33(0)8 11 70 78 12 (9.00 am to 9.00 pm, Mon through Sun, local time in Paris) or check the availability at our SuperShuttle counter at the Paris-Beauvais Airport.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can pay with your credit card by booking online or via our call-center

Our website is secured with McAfee Secure System (read more about our secured payment policy). You can use Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or Carte Bleue.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We recommend that you book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability for the day of your trip.

However, we will do our best to respond positively to your last minute bookings. In this case please contact us on 01 41 71 13 00 (between 9 and 19h).

We recommend that you book your transfer in / out: you will ensure availability for your return transfer, while saving 10% on your booking!

Can you pick me up outside Paris?

Our shared service is serving Paris and surrounding communities (find the list here)

Exclusive shuttles, VIP and corporate services are available in a wider area around Paris. You can check the availability and rates for your transfer to/from the town of your choice on our website.

Our booking call center is open between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm (local time in Paris).

At which terminal will my driver drop me off?

Indicate the terminal of your flight to your driver on your departure from Paris or Disneyland Resort Paris. He will drop you off directly at your terminal.

Is it usual to tip our driver?

Tips are by no means mandatory. They entirely depend on your satisfication.

How will I recognize my SuperShuttle van?

Our vehicles are blue with the SuperShuttle yellow logo on their sides.

Our drivers are wearing the SuperShuttle uniform.

Occasionally we are using unmarked vans of SuperShuttle partners. If this is the case, your driver will at least wear the SuperShuttle badge.

Where will I find my SuperShuttle van at the airport?

What if my flight is delayed?

Whether your flight is 1 or 6 hours delayed, there will be a driver for you on your arrival. We are keeping an eye on our clients' flights

in real-time. We are informed about your expected landing times. That's why it is essential that you contact us as soon as you have collected your luggage.

If your flight is landing after 9:00pm, there's no need to give us a call. Go directly to the meeting place mentioned on your booking confirmation.

Are your shuttles air-conditioned and non-smoking?

All of our vehicles are air-conditioned and non-smoking. Also they are approved by the French Transports Ministry.
