Your transfer in 4 steps


1 - Booking your transfer


  • Book online up to 24 hours before your transfer.
  • Pay directly online.
  • For bookings within less than 24 hours, call the +33(0)1 43 65 55 55 (9.00 am to 7.00 pm, local time in Paris), or visit our counter at Paris-Beauvais Airport.
  • Receive your booking confirmation by mail with:
    • Date and schedule of your pickup
    • Confirmation number
    • Instructions for your travel planning and your arrival procedure
    • Helpline number for all your questions and modification

2 - The day before your transfer

For shared rides:
The day before you leave to the airport, SuperShuttle Paris confirms you via an e-mail or a phone call, your exact pick-up time (This pick-up time may change a litle from the time you chose regarding the services squedual).

3 - The day of your transfer

Shared rides:

  • From your home, hotel, office or train station...to the airport, our driver will pick you up in a 15 to 20 minutes window, starting at the time you selected in your reservation.
  • At your arrival at CDG or Orly (ORY) Airports, contact us after you retreive your luggage, by calling the toll-free number written on your booking vouche. An agent will indicate you where to meet your driver.
  • At your arrival at Beauvais (BVA) Airport, head to our SuperShuttle counter in terminal 1 (T1).

Exclusive ride:

  • From your home, hotel, office or train station...to the airport, our driver will pick you up at the time indicated on your voucher.
  • At your arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris Orly (ORY) et Paris Beauvais Tillé (BVA) airports, the driver will be waiting for you at the exit with a sign with your name on.

4 - Meeting points

Exclusive ride:
Your driver will be waiting for you at the exit (after customs for an airport, or end of the platform in stations).

Shared ride:
Depending on the itinerary you choose, your driver will pick you up at the following places:

All our SuperShuttle shared rides depart from Terminal 2E/2F, gallery 2EF, Gate 5, level 0. You can access easily to gallery 2EF from the other terminals:


  • Terminal 1: use the free white VEA shuttle from Gate 30, arrival level
  • Terminal 2A: use the free white VEA shuttle from Gate A12
  • Terminal 2B: use the free white VEA shuttle from Gate B12
  • Terminal 2C: by foot, follow the signs "Disneyland by bus"
  • Terminal 2D: by foot, follow the signs "Disneyland by bus"
  • Terminal 2E: by foot, follow the signs "Disneyland by bus"
  • Terminal 2F: by foot, follow the signs "Disneyland by bus"
  • Terminal 2G: bus line N2
  • Terminal 3: use the free white VEA shuttle in front of Arrival/Departure Hall.
